How teachers and trainers use Lectame

Sanne, nursing teacher
MBO level 4
Case-based teaching on clinical reasoning

The LCL model makes a real difference for my group. With one layered case I serve both level 3 and 4 — no more making three versions for different classes.

Outcome: Preparation time: from 4 hours to 45 minutes per lesson. Case-driven teaching is now standard in her curriculum.

For nursing
Marco, L&D trainer
Corporate L&D team
Onboarding training for new sales staff

I used to build separate PowerPoints and run Mentimeter alongside them. With Lectame I have onboarding flows that new colleagues work through on their own — plus a dashboard that shows me which modules raise questions.

Outcome: 8 microlearning modules replace 2 in-person onboarding days. Sales colleagues get off to a more effective start from day one.

For businesses
Hannah, HBO business administration teacher
HBO Bachelor, lectures of 80-120 students
Active learning in large groups

A lecture with 100 students used to be one-way traffic. Now I can see in real time what lands and what doesn't — sometimes half the room turns out to be on a different track than I thought. That's a serious shift in teaching.

Outcome: Live interaction in all lectures. Exam pass rate up +12% in the first measurement vs last year.

For HBO
David, keynote speaker
International conferences
Engagement in groups of 150-300 participants

Anonymous open questions via QR are a game-changer. Honest questions that would never come through a microphone, in a group where executives and juniors are mixed together.

Outcome: Q&A sessions now produce the best questions he gets from an audience. No more time wasted on "there are no questions".

For speakers

Want to share your experience?

We're looking for teachers, trainers and speakers who want to share how they work with Lectame — anonymously, with a first name, or with a full name. You get a professional text that you may also use elsewhere. No costs, no obligations. We do make the texts genuine, though; no made-up stories.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real user experiences?+

Yes, with some editing. We use first names and anonymised organisational context at the request of the individuals. The content of the quotes and outcomes comes from interviews with actual Lectame users. For formal case studies with a full name and organisation: get in touch via /contact.

How can I contribute a case?+

Send an email to [email protected] with your name, organisation, field and a short description of how you use Lectame. For more extensive cases we do a short interview (30 min). Cases are free for you — you get a professional text that you may also use in your own marketing or CV.

Can I visit a case — for example at a school location?+

For schools and organisations considering a school licence: we can arrange a reference call with an existing customer who knows your context (MBO, HBO, training, healthcare education). No classroom visit by default, but a 30-minute video call with a fellow teacher or L&D professional.

Does Lectame work in my specific context too?+

Almost always yes, provided you're a teacher, trainer or speaker with groups of 5-200. The current cases cover healthcare education (MBO + HBO), corporate L&D, HBO business administration and keynote speakers. For specific contexts such as primary education (PO/VO basic), independent consultants or international English-language teaching: try it for free and experience it yourself — or email us for advice.
