A student portfolio that grows with the learning
LectaMe has a student portfolio in which students collect evidence of their development: reflections, forms, certificates and assessed assignments. You link evidence to learning goals, and teachers and workplace mentors can give targeted feedback on it. That makes the portfolio a record of the learning process, not a folder that is filled at the end of the year.

The role of AI
AI can help check whether a piece of evidence is complete and what's still missing, and give suggestions when writing a reflection.
What AI doesn't do: AI doesn't assess the portfolio. Suggestions are for the student; teachers and examiners do the assessing.
Do you need an account?
Without an account: A portfolio is personal and does not work without an account. Work done without an account, for example via a share code, does not end up in a portfolio by itself; the teacher can first link it to a student.
With an account: With an account you build up the portfolio throughout your whole programme. Files are kept in protected storage and you see who has access.

Frequently asked questions
Does LectaMe have a portfolio?
Yes. In their portfolio, students collect evidence, reflections and results, link them to learning goals and ask for feedback on them.
Do assignments automatically go into the portfolio?
No, not automatically. The supervising teacher can add an assessed assignment to the student's portfolio as evidence. Students also add evidence themselves, such as documents, reflections and certificates.
Can a workplace mentor see the portfolio?
A workplace mentor linked to the student can follow along and give feedback. The student sees in their own environment which mentors have access.
Can the portfolio be used for an exam?
LectaMe has a portfolio exam, in which the student submits evidence and reflection for assessment. The programme determines how that exam is set up.
What are recognitions?
Recognitions are badges and certificates that a student earns, for example after completing a learning track or exam. They can be verified via a public link.
