LectaMe's Team plan is the site license for MBO, HBO and secondary education. From €9,99/teacher/month (minimum 3 seats) you get SSO via Surfconext / Google / Microsoft, a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement, shared templates and team analytics — without student-level data. Data on EU servers in Frankfurt.

LectaMe's Team plan (€9,99/seat/month, €7,99/seat/month annually, from 3 seats) includes 250 credits per seat per month, live sessions up to 200 participants, a shared template library, team analytics, SSO (SAML/OIDC) and a data processing agreement (DPA) on request. Central billing simplifies administration.
Is LectaMe GDPR-compliant for students who are minors?+
Yes. Students and participants join via a session code or QR — they don't provide an email address, name or account details. Data is stored on EU servers (Supabase, Frankfurt). No US cloud, no profiling. Explicitly suitable for secondary education, MBO and students under 18.
Which SSO providers are supported?+
LectaMe supports SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Surfconext are available by default. For specific configurations: contact us at info@lectame.com.
How does the data processing agreement (DPA) work?+
The DPA is a standard document that, in compliance with the GDPR, governs the processing relationship between the school as data controller and LectaMe as data processor. We send it on request — usually when the procurement process starts. See also /verwerkersovereenkomst for the public standard text.
Can multiple teachers share templates and presentations?+
Yes. With the Team plan, every school has a shared template library where teachers can place approved lessons, setups and themes. New teachers don't start from scratch; experienced teachers retain control over quality.
What analytics does the education manager get?+
Team analytics shows usage per teacher, sessions per week, participant engagement and credit consumption. No student-level data (privacy by design) — but insight into adoption and didactic impact at team level.
Does LectaMe work with our existing LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Brightspace, itslearning)?+
LectaMe is a standalone tool — share session codes or learning path links via your LMS. Direct LTI/LMS integrations are on the roadmap for 2026. Contact us if you need a specific integration.
