Equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion
Good education starts with recognising the differences between students — and that is what we build Lectame around.
Not every student learns the same way
At Lectame we believe that good education starts with recognising the differences between students. With changes in education, such as the new qualification framework in MBO, teaching at multiple levels within a single class is becoming increasingly important.
At the same time, we see that many teachers face this challenge every day, while the available tools often still assume linear teaching — one route, one pace, one level.
Our promise to teachers and students
Making differentiation achievable for every teacher
We design Lectame so that teaching at multiple levels within a single class doesn't become extra work, but a natural part of the preparation.
Giving every student equal room to take part
Students join without an account and can actively take part at their own pace and level — anonymously if that helps them dare to join in.
A thoughtful combination of analogue and digital
Digital is not an end in itself. We strengthen practice in the classroom: interaction, case studies and reflection remain central.
Tools that stay accessible and inclusive
We keep developing Lectame with attention to accessibility and actively listen to teachers and students from different backgrounds.
We believe that technology is not an end in itself, but a means to make education better and more accessible — with equal opportunities for students, regardless of background, level or learning style.
How we make this concrete
