How many modules do I typically create?+
For a learning path (for example onboarding a new employee): 5-12 modules per theme. Fewer than 5 feels incomplete; more than 12 becomes hard to manage. For one-off just-in-time training: a single module is enough. For a compliance refresher: 3-6 modules spread over weeks works well because it forces repetition.
What is microlearning best suited for?+
