Frequently asked questions
What type of training does this template work for?+
Half-day or full-day (3-8 hours) trainings that cover multiple themes or skills. Examples: onboarding day for new employees, annual compliance training, product launch for sales, soft-skills training on feedback. Not suitable for: short sessions (use /sjablonen/workshop) or pure skill practice (such as CPR).
How does training differ from a workshop?+
Training = 3-8 hours, multiple themes, theory + case studies + practice + reflection. Workshop = 90-120 min, one theme, high interaction density. For one theme in depth: a workshop. For a broader field of knowledge or multiple linked themes: a training. Trainings often combine several workshop-like segments into one day.
How do I adjust the rhythm for energy and breaks?+
Key: a 75-90 minute block + a 15-30 minute break. Interrupt long theory segments with polls, word clouds or short exercises. Energy dip after lunch: schedule a case or group discussion then, not a long explanation. For a full day: a maximum of 4 blocks plus lunch in the middle.
What's included in the team analytics?+
Per training: participant counts, answers per check question, sentiment per segment. For L&D teams: comparison between sessions (which trainer scores higher), comparison between topics (which theme is understood best). In the Team plan you link to learning objectives — see who understood what.
