Frequently asked questions
What type of workshop does this template work for?+
For content-focused workshops of 90-120 minutes centered on a single theme. Examples: giving feedback, difficult conversations, project management basics, sales objection handling, teaching approach. Not suitable for: pure skills training that mostly requires practice (such as CPR), or for long sessions of 4+ hours where the template falls short.
How many participants work best?+
Between 8 and 30 participants. Below 8: group dynamics work less well, better suited to coaching. Above 30: less interaction per person, practice segments become unmanageable. For 30-100: replace practice with subgroups or plenary activation (polls, word clouds).
How does this differ from the training template?+
Workshop = 90-120 min, one theme, high interaction density. Training = half or full day (3-8 hours), multiple themes, more theory segments and breaks. A workshop focuses on one concept or skill; training builds a broader field of knowledge. For a training-day skeleton: see /sjablonen/training.
Does this work for online and in-person workshops?+
Both. For in-person: polls and quizzes via participant devices, plus small subgroups for practice if desired. For online: the same via screen share in Teams/Zoom — participants join LectaMe in parallel for interaction. For hybrid: LectaMe is platform-agnostic, one session works for both at once.
